Can someone actually confirm i7 6700 comes with stock cooler?

It does but the stock cooler is not enough to keep it at decent temps. I'd suggest the i7 6700 + H170 + 212 EVO

I can't go higher than prices of i5 z170 and 212 evo so i thought should i do that or go with i7 stock and cheapest mobo because it would cost me same.

what are you going to do with this build?

I still actually don't know, mostly gaming but i think soon i could benefit from those 8 threads cuz i want future proof and i wouldn't upgrade any time soon...

What is the point of a stock cooler if he can't cool anything?

Since when Intel became a "furnace AMD"? How big are the temps of a i7 6700???

I heard that coffee's good for my sex life.

It isn't.

It kept me awake through the whole damn thing!

I actually had to participate.

Probably iGPU until i see new GPUs on the market. Custom cooled 480 or 1060 probably

Er... I suppose it doesn't matter much then. Might as well go with the OC route. At worst, you can sell the 6600k and get a "7700k" in the future, if you want to.

Are there any infos about new Intel cpus i think named Kaby Lake compatibility with z170 mobos? I mean, they will be compatible with z170 for sure but with those relased in Skylake era? I mean, from 6600k to Kaby lake in future would be decent aswell

Intel said Kaby lake would be compatible with current Z170 motherboards, though they would also release a new chipset.
