Mobile Wireless Hub Tf700?

I want to use my Tf 700 tablet as a wireless hub, like  a phone wireless hot spot but just repeating the signal out to more devices. Linus used a segate wireless plus in the exact same way i want this to work when he was at pax or something.
is this possible and if so how?
