arma 3 update 00164 failed

so the new arma 3 update is out (00164) and ive downloaded it 3 times on steam cause each time it says "update failed" right when the download is done.....

i need help. thank in advance

ANY OTHER DOWNLOAD OPTIONS OTHER THAN STEAM?

Right click in steam, properties, verify game cache. If that doesn't work, uninstall, reinstall.
