I got this BSOD today and I'm having trouble finding its cause.

My specs:

  • Windows 10 Education 64x
  • MSI Z170A GAMING PRO CARBON (BIOS version 1.20, most recent)
  • Intel i5 6600k @ 3.5 GHz (not overclocked)
  • 2x 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 RAM
  • EVGA GTX 980 SSC ACX 2.0 (not overclocked)
  • Adata SSD SP550 240GB (boot drive)
  • WD Green 1TB 7200 RPM, Seagate 1TB 7200 RPM (storage drives)
  • Seasonic Platinum Series 660W

I've gone through following steps to try to find the cause:

  • Analyzed with BlueScreenView (traces back to driver ntoskrnl.exe, which doesn't really help)
  • Checked RAM (memtest86 for 2 hours, no errors)
  • Checked all drives for errors and ran /sfc
  • Tried to analyze the minidump with WinDbg (although i didn't get far, as I don't know how to use it correctly)

I used to regularly get all kinds of bluescreens and crashes a few months ago, but a Windows repair install solved that. This is the first BSOD ever since.

I have attached the minidump, I can also upload the full .DMP if the minidump doesn't provide enough information.
