The RX 480's in crossfire would give you more power, particularly in 4k gaming, but the GTX 1070 would give you more overall power in normal gaming. So it is your choice. If you do more 4k gaming then go AMD, but if you do normal gaming, go Nvidia. Personally, I would go with the RX 480's in crossfire.

just get a 1070 if you can afford it, it will be a lot easier to sell in the future, and will do better in vram scenarios against the rx 480, unless if your needs are call of duty, lol, and minecraft, then you go for the 480 or lower
