Need help.

i just got my new pc and there are 2 pins blocking the way for the ethernet cord plug in.

You need to take the motherboard out and bend those metal things so that they wont go in to the ports. Or just bend them out and cut them with pliers.

More specifically: The motherboard was put in incorrectly, so the I/O shield doesn't line up for that port. You'll need to take out the motherboard, then replace it while paying attention to those pins so that they don't block the port again. I did the same thing when I replaced my motherboard.
