Hello, I run and try and fix little something fps drops I get in cs , so I thought I would go into nvidia inspector but then I would go into it then the thing that popped up was that picture with ''Extract All'', then in , I tried to download one new nvidia inspector file , then the only thing pops
up then is the other picture. please help  have a good day
