Good build I'm an Intel guy would rather get an Intel and upgrade the ram to ddr4 x 2 (8gb) for the reason of future upgrading and it's cheaper

The fx8350 is too old, not a good cpu anymore. Get an i5 6600k instead. Don't get too expensive ram, the cheapest 1/2x8gb ram will do just as well. Dont get a gtx 970, either get the r9 390, rx 480 or wait for gtx 1060. The supernova nex isnt very good, get the supernova GQ 650 for $55 after rebates instead.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W
