http://pcpartpicker.com/user/KidChaos/saved/#view=LxKKHx Here is my pcpartpicker profile, I made a ton of builds for all sorts of budgets.

Question: Is this just the PC build or a full setup? (Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, etc.)

But, I'm thinking it is just the PC Build, so here is a nice little $700 build for you.

Yeah no problem, for the money I think the build is great. Just let me know if you want me to make changes to anything, or if you have any preferences.

Well I just wanted to throw the Windows 10 in there just in case, and because of that the 6500/6600 Didn't fit the budget.

Here is the build with an i5-6600. It is $500, which gives you about $200 to spend on an RX 480.

An ssd makes life so much simpler. I don't think he wants to overclock, either.

Why? Skylake non-k CPUs can overclock, they just don't overclock as high as their K counterparts, most will do 4.4-4.5

Idk I haven't done it yet. All I was trying to say is save your money by not buying an ssd and invest it in something like CPU or GPU (or games)

And SSD can make performance feel a lot faster, you will benefit more from and SSD than a 6400 to 6600K.
