Just to clarify, are you talking about streaming games with services like Geforce Now? Or about live streaming games to Twitch?

Judging by the mid-range specs you already have in your signature, I'd say go for a GTX 1070 and that should handle any game at 1080p + streaming to Twitch (since I wouldn't try to go above 1080p streaming for Twitch anyway)

APUs are pretty much only used for AMD's A4/6/8/10 series CPUs. Also, a 370 would be pretty bad if you wanted to stream good games with good framerates, an RX 470 or 480 would be good on a budget.

When streaming to like twich you can use OBS which supports following encoding:

  • x264 - Pure CPU encoding, need at least i5 for proper performance and quality
  • Quick Sync - CPU encoding with Intel iGPU acceleration - preferred way if you have Intel iGPU
  • Nvidia NVENC - CPU encoding with nVidia GPU acceleration - some say the output quality is very poor
