Difference between oem and non oem parts

OEM should be ONLY the CPU. Non-OEM should come with some sort of documentation in the box.

Grab whichever's cheaper. Doesn't entirely matter.

I saw on pc part picker there were 2 core i7 6700ks one normal version and the other oem version are there any difference between these please explain.

OEM parts are just the part with no retail packaging and for a CPU likely comes in a tray. My grannys OEM WD Blue came in just a bag
