13.9 drivers crashing

i was running 13.4 drivers but decided to update to 13.9 drivers to see if i would get an improvment in bf4 beta 

 

instead it now crashes

 

is there a way to get back to 13.4 drivers

 

and yes i did do a clean install of the drivers
