How are you trying to do the install?

MediaCreationTool, immediate update.
MediaCreationTool, create a flash drive, boot and install?
MediaCreationTool, create an ISO then burn a DVD or create a flash drive to boot and install from.
Via Windows Update.

The error you are getting is usually caused by corrupted or damaged install media.

Using what? Try re creating the flash drive.
