I am opening all my software to find this. Nothing works anymore. Please can someone give advice on this

Have you run you anti virus, you could have a virus that has corrupted all your files, if so do you have a backup before this started happening otherwise you may have to do a full reset deleting all your files.

Something is corrupt. I don't mean to be insulting but have you tried rebooting (TWICE!!)?

Run a disk scan to ensure the hard drive contents are fine. If it turns up anything, consider doing a repair from a windows boot disk.
