Before you comment saying "look at the ultimate programming resource thread" read this:

If you guys could do me a HUGE favor, and tell about some of the better, nicer looking websites or books for C#. I would really appreciate something that is appealing to look at, as a metric crap ton of programming websites don't care about their appearance (probably says a little something about the owner...)

ANY RECOMMENDATIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED!

Motivation is where, and what you make of it.

“It is relatively unusual that a physical scientist is truly an atheist. Why is this true? Some point to the anthropic constraints, the remarkable fine tuning of the universe. For example, Freeman Dyson, a Princeton faculty member, has said, ‘Nature has been kinder to us that we had any right to expect.'”  Albert Einstein

Books. And ugly looking sites. It's all about the content, the fact that a site looks bad doesn't always mean the owner is lazy, it can also mean that he is interested in actual content

I know, but generally I can learn easier when their is a nice UI or good looking graphics explaining something in a book. It simply makes me more interested.

I used MIT opencourseware for python. The classes were great and they have a ton of courses based on your knowledge level and going up, starting from python and going up to c++ with math classes between to teach you what you need. Of course it needs hard work tho.

Honestly books are a deprecated technology in relation to the speed that current industry is moving at. You are likely to benefit the most by going to Pluralsight and going through some of the basic beginner C# courses.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.

Another vote for Pluralsight here. They have a C# path that you can follow so you don't have to guess which courses to take. You can also get multiple months for free through the Visual Studio Dev Essentials program (which is also free to sign up for). You're automatically in this program if you've already got a visual studio account, just sign in and redeem the offer.
