Need help with mobo

First build with an i3 4160, and GTX 960. 2 x 4GB memory. NZXT s340. Can not stick to a motherboard to buy. It's not going to be a complete, final build motherboard, but will need to last for a decent period of time

Any other requirements such as expansion/io ports, price, or sata ports?

 

Most motherboard will have a few years warranty on them.

Here. Same build, but better. Browse the 970 on the used market, you should be able to find some sweet deals.
