Is this an adequate gaming build that will play AAA games (medium-high graphics) at 60fps? What can I improve on while maintaining my budget? Thanks in advance.

What's your budget? What kind of games?

Budget is around $1700-$1800, mostly AAA games (e.g. Black Ops 3, Titanfall 2, e.t.c.).

Not so much as making it better, but made it a bit more cost effective, and fit a Red/Black color theme a bit better:

Will there be any performance changes as a result of a different motherboard, different sticks of RAM, and a different monitor? Thanks for the tips.

No, everything changed was for the sole purpose of making the build slightly more cost effective, and to fit a red/black color scheme better. No performance changes.
