Do I need a G-sync Monitor? Rocking a 144hz 1440p Monitor

This is my current gaming rig right now. honestly I haven't seen a G-sync Monitor in person (I have tried Freesync with my R9 fury)

Specs of the pc is an i7 5820k @ 4.7ghz and Asus GTX 1080 ROG Strix etc.

I usually set my game settings to get to 144fps with max gpu load. I play around with the settings to get the most out of my gpu. and I have to say gameplay looks smooth ALL THE TIME. no stutter whatsoever, input lag is almost not there and no screen tearing for me. I've been looking into the ROG Swift IPS Monitor just because of g-sync. should I go for it? will I see a big difference with my current monitor? thanks
