I take it you haven't got the PC already? Getting a FX-9590 with a $200 motherboard is a waste of money, you're better off with a i7 6700K with DDR4 RAM. AMD's AM3+ socket is not a good choice for PC gaming.

I would even drop the CPU to a 6500 and put the money towards a better GPU (980/980 ti) and an SSD. Also 750W is overkill. Aim for 500-650W 80+ Gold for the sweet spot efficiency-wise.
