MAJOR RAM PROBLEM PLZ HELP

For some reason my RAM just seems to be disapearing!!!!!!!!! On idle it is using 14 GB and i cant find any program that would be using that much of my 16 total. Also i have run multiple antivirus scans to make sure that isnt the problem! Please help
