Is this a good starter PC? It seems to have a lot of great reviews and a lot of people say it runs most games on 30+ fps, it can run Gta v and fallout well too from what the reviews say.

please respond I am not good with computers

It'll run the newest games for a year at most and you need to turn the graphics down to medium/low for 60fps. You could build your own that costs the same with better specs.

Personally I'd look at something with a little better GPU, but I also love playing my games on Ultra with high FPS.  That pc like mathmeister said, will most likely be good for the next year or so and then might need an upgrade to keep up with the graphics of modern games.  But I'm sure it can handle games on normal settings for quite a bit yet.  Not a bad price, but I'd shop around a little more and see what all is out there.  Even try to see what it might cost to build one if you feel capable.

I'd opt for a better GPU because a 750ti won't last you long before you need to upgrade the CPU should be fine really, I never experienced any slow downs with mine.

I'd also recommend an SSD, can't even describe how much better it is to have your computer from off to browsing the web in a minute.
