Static or Airflow

My friend has just bought a Thermaltake Versa N24 Mid-Tower Chassis and it can take up to 5 fans (Top: 2x120mm | Front: 2x120mm or 140mm and Rear: 1x120mm  (1 rear fan is included) i was thinking puting one on the front a  Corsair AF120mm LED Red Quiet Edition High Airflow and 1 or 2 at the top.

But what type Static or Airflow any help?

even without cages like I have it my switch 810 I would still say static as you have the dust filter.

 

I have air flow on my h100 as there were no static white leds at the time, the perform just fine though.
