Help with a 600e budget pc

hey, im trying to build a new pc around 600e budget range.

i just found a used I5 3570k and ASRock z68 extreme3 gen3 for 200e, and i was wondering if it was a good deal.

Also what else would you guys get to complete the build and stay in the budget range. i dont need the operating sistem and the case, so you can count those out.

what country, what use, and what case do you have.

I'm from Serbia so the price of everything is gonna be about 20% higher. that being said i have a larger budget so i said 600e with that 20% in mind. 

i'd use the pc to play games mostly.maybe be able to stream/record  some older games like league, maybe overwatch (if possible, not a  priority).

and for a case i have a Corsair Carbide spec alpha that i got as a present and a 650w raidmax ps that i got from a friend who upgraded.
