1070 per voltage clock adjustment?

I watched pcper's video on using EVGA Precision X to overclock 10 series cards by per voltage point, either manually or automatically. I am lazy and don't really want to do it manually, but I can't find how the hell you do this. Has the feature not been added to Precision X yet or what?
