I recently purchased a P400s and stuck a h45 cooler in the front with my i5 4690 and GTX 980 ti SC. The temps on my GPU get to around 80 ish degrees C, and the fans spin up pretty high. The case fans on it seem to be pretty pathetic from holding my hand in front of them, so is it worth changing them out for some other fans? And suggestions would be great :)

Your hand is not an accurate tool for measuring airflow. Your temps seem fine.

You can also try to place H45 to rear as exhaust. Then you could have all intake fans providing cool air to GPU. Though temp on it is fine, like said.

My worry is less with temperature, than that the GPU gets really loud trying to stay cool, I was thinking that maybe putting a better fan on intake would make it run cooler and quieter. The current problem with the front fan is that it appears to struggle to pull air through the front intakes, whereas the h45 has no problem at all.

Only issue with that is, its not cool air after cooling CPU first.

I have switched my h45 to the back of the case and the GPU temperatures have improved by a few degrees. The CPU temp went up by a little bit too but still pretty good. I bought an nf-a14 second hand for really cheap so hopefully that helps a bit too.
