Problem with restarting computer

Hello!

 

My problem is that every time that i restart computer it goes first boot menu and then i have to restart it again to go to windows. Note that i tested leaving boot menu normaly and it still goes back to boot menu so i need to restart the whole computer again, and this happens every second time it goes boot menu.
