I have $300 to build a retro gaming pc from the late 90's early 00's hoping to have sli and raid 0.

Starting with the cpu i'm considering dual pentium 3's and sli voodoo 5 cards

found a mobo for the build http://www.ebay.com/itm/Asus-P3V4X-Motherboard-Pentium-III-Processor-Memory-and-Literature-Working-/141077258423?pt=Motherboards&hash=item20d8dc20b7

not exactly dual pentium 3's but at least its 600mhz

And for a case I found this nice atx retro looking one

http://www.ebay.com/itm/CABLES-UNLIMITED-Case-Atx-Front-Usb-2-0-Audio-Beige-Mid-Tower-4-in-Beige-/390599872224?pt=US_Rackmount_Cabinets_Frames&hash=item5af1910ee0

pretty good I must say

only found 1 gpu so far but voodoo 2 it is then

and a ssd

Dual Pentiums? Awesome! You should make a build log once you start building.

i9 25.6 GHz with NeuronThreading, 256gb 6000 MHz RAM, GTX 990 OC 3024MHz 12gb, Skeletal X99 motherboard, 1 Petabyte SSD, Fractal Design Humaniod R1 Case, Herbivore 10,000W PSU, Noctua NF16 LP Derma Cooler.

Probably the only Star Citizen player who is planning on a career in Journalism instead of piracy, mining, trading, exploration, military, station management, etc.

Generation 0: The first time you see this add 1 to the number and copy it into your sig. Consider it a social experiment.

PS4...

you could probably run an emulator if you build a dirt cheap one. But an optiplex might be a better option.

Ive personally seen mac pros with dual xeons and 2gb of ram for $350 on Craigslist
