Is this a good build that will allow 60+ FPS on most AAA games (medium-high graphics?). Anything I should change, while maintaining the budget? Thanks in advance.

Build looks great but I'd get an aftermarket 1070 instead of the reference one. They are cheaper than the FE and outperform it. I also think you should either go with a 6500 or a 6600K and get a Z170 motherboard.

I guess it'd be easy to fit that in the budget
