Consistent framerate problems that never happened before.

Since last week, my computer has been experiencing random issues, slowdowns and just generally weird stuff.

To start with, my PC specs are in my sig, the computer is "FIRECORE". In a game by the name of "SMITE", I used to play maxed out with 16xAA at 180fps. Now it barely gets to 180, Im always stuck below 80, even with vSync.

Secondly, ive been getting a BSOD by the name of "lvrs64.dll", I don't know what its got to do with, but I dont like it.

My bootup time is like 1 minute, even with MSI Fast Boot enabled in the BIOS and the OS.

My PC is CLEAN. But still its hotter than normal. Normal being about 70C while gaming and 50C when idle, its 60C right now >.< 

Back to the FPS issue, my core clock downclocks itself to 300mhz or even as low as 7 while gaming. I am using Crimson 1.6.2.

Im curious if going to Windows 10 will help, but I only have a Win7 install disc.

 

If you are reading this and you know how to roughly address any of these issues, please comment.

 

EDIT: Looks like I wont be able to get windows 10....

Also i would suggest you do a clean install, that is always a place to start. 

 

After doing the windows 10 upgrade with a clean install and it's still acting weird try an older driver.
