I am considering purchasing a UPS for my computer, for a 850 watt PSU what would be a good UPS? I was looking at the CyberPower PFC Sinewave Series UPS 1500VA - 900W.

Things i want to plug are, my computer and my monitor, maybe my router too...what do you think?

What are your system specs we can get a better idea of your needs than just going off the PSU. As for some good brands, APC and Cyberpower are both good options.

This is the UPS I'm using for my build. I would highly recommend it. I've had it for 5 years and only had to replace the batteries in it just recently (they cost about $50).

This costs 120 Euro more in Europe compared to Cyberpower sadly

Your system wouldn't use that much power even at max load maybe just about 400W so your could go for a smaller unit unless your planning on getting a second GPU or adding lots of things to be powered at the same time. For a smaller unit something like theses would work great:

I might go for 1070 SLI, i am not sure yet,. Wouldn;t it be safer with the 1500VA? The 1000VA model will be good enough to handle 2 cards?

Also, my 6700k is oced at 4,6GHz atm and i might oc my 1070 too

For a singel card the smaller unit would be enough even if you did some overclocking, but if you are planning on a second card or lots of high power draw peripherals like sound systems then the larger unit wouldn't be a bad idea since it gives you the ability to expand later on.
