Colocation + Power Consumption?

I'm currently looking to purchase the following server:

 

Intel Xeon E3-1240v5 or E3-1230v5

48GB DDR4 ECC RAM

250GB SAMSUNG 850 EVO SSD

I'm looking to see if there's any good colocation providers in my price range, anywhere from $0-$100. 

 

Must have DDoS Protection + 1Gbps Port, and at least 5TB Bandwidth.

 

Also, could someone provide me the estimate power consumption? Thanks!
