Fan orientation

So I have the corsair air 240 and a hx1000i. The psu is mounted/located at the back, and I don't know if the fan should be facing the mobo or the other way. Thanks!

if theres a dust filter, then mount it against that

The PSU should have its own air cycle, the fan is there to pump cool air from outside the case onto the PSU. This means that you need to have the fan facing outside the case, but you'll need a dust filter as said before.
