Display driver version

I just got a new laptop with AMD a6 6310 apu and r4 graphics. I am using Windows 10 on it. When I was searching for graphics drivers on AMD site and filled their form describing my product and windows details. It showed me to download 16.3 version. However I know that there is 16.6 version which supports my product in its changelog.
So should I go with what AMD suggests or get the latest driver?
