I think they should be able to, Obviously it'd be highly regulated by the government and you couldn't just walk into a clinic and off yourself. It'd probably have to be something that you organised say 3 months in advance and in that time they attempted all treatments.

 

One interesting topic would be if family could decide on a doctor assisted suicide for another family member that's in a vegetative state. In which I think they should be able to, but once again it should be heavily regulated.
