Any help?

If anyone has some spare time and wants to assist in planning out a new build with $1000 CDN it would be appreciated.

Checklist:

DDR4, ATX board

Mastercase Pro 5 (I know it's pricey)

RX 480

CPU (I've only ever had AMD, but if Intel is the way to go (even though they are leaving the CPU game) then go for it)

atleast 8GB RAM, pref 16

no CPU cooler or fans needed (have these)

Gaming (obviously) with possible rendering.

intel isn't completely abandoning the pc market, not yet at least, but it can't expect the pc market to support it when it's profits from it are dwindling. But unless AMDs zen architecture comes along and really competes with intels processors intel has no real need to keep improving especially since smaller architectures are more difficult. Take a look at https://ca.pcpartpicker.com and see what you can make to fit your budget, but the 480 and that case eat up half your budget and intel cpu would eat half of whats left and you don't mention if you need drives or a power supply which would really make it a tight budget, but if you want ddr4 from what I can tell you need intel

@Mikius10001 Its going to be one of the other.  The case and GPU make the budget hard without going to some REALLY old hardware.

AMD FX 6300 - 135 CDN

Asus 970 Pro Gaming - 157 CDN

Kingston HyperX 16GB DDR3 1866mhz - 84.50 CDN

Sapphire RX480 - 410 CDN

EVGA 600B PSU - 72.50 CDN

WD Blue 1TB 7200rpm HD - 68.50 CDN

Based off Amazon.ca's pricing its 927 bucks, No case. The CM Mastercase Pro 5 is too expensive for your budget.

I'm not an AMD person. Never built with their stuff at all. This is what I could find that fit the OP's budget. Someone else could probably do better, but it's roughly 760 US or 1000 CDN.
