Mini-ITX build

I was wondering that i need a PC to use on the go, so Im planning to make a mini-ITX build.

CPU: ?????

Motherboard: possibly AsRock H81M-ITK, LGA1150, 73€

PSU: ???

HDD:  1TB 7200 RPM

Any suggestions? (primarily suggestions to the "???" spots, but feel free to suggest anything )

Do you think an AMD based build would be better?

Any other thoughts ?

Yeah I want a PC, I already have a Laptop. For budget, 600€ or less, as long as I can play games with it at ok settings with acceptable framerates.

What's your country? I might be able to use the right website for correct pricing. Otherwise I'll just use PCPP and use $600 as an approximation

Add your case of ~43 euros and I think you'll end up around 600 euros.

Here's a build that should do the job, obviously you can't get all the new shiny technology, but this build should handle what you want it to do.

OP specified mini ITX (Since he uses it on the move) so this build will not work unfortunately

As the matter of fact, I have a i5-4440 lying around in my closet I had already forgot about it. I guess I will use it.

So we can cross it off the list.

Is the Mini 970 still the best price/performance GPU when it comes to Mini-ITX builds?

If you can find and afford it: Gigabytes new 1070 mini will wipe the floor with anything albeit at lesser value for money than the RX480 probably. Depends on the pricing in your country
