I got some bad news... I plugged in my old GPU and the same thing is happening, it keeps failing to turn on... I'm not sure what I've done, any suggestions :/?

Is the memory dimms properly seated and in the right dimm slots if you are not filling all of them? Are all the pci-e cards securely seated in their slots? You are suffering a boot loop...
