origin app authenticator problems

i set up the authenticator on my old phone which broke and im trying get into my origin and it wants my authenticator code and i have no clue what to do

Origin should have given you a recovery code when you were done setting up the 2FA. if you don't have it i guess you'll have to contact support

i cant use the contact them option cause it wants me to log into origin
