100% Disk Usage W10

This problem came back again.. Spent all day fixing 100% CPU Problems, cause I wasn't even able to stream ( Obs and CS:GO would just max out the CPU..  and it still is far from perfect ).

 

But now the 100% Disk Usage is making my Rig so slow and annoying to use, anything I open just cranks the disk to 100%, app opening is slow and etc  + forget about streaming, both CPU and Disk are randomly going to 100% and then the FPS drops dramatically..

 

Is there a fix or an update? I literally cannot believe Microsoft still refuses to deal with the 100% CPU/RAM/Disk usage problems. And would Reseting the W10 fix the problem?

 

P.S. Both 100% CPU and 100% Disk problems persist.. 

 

i5-4670k OC'ed to 3.8.

Never had 100% disk before, have you tried sorting task man by disk usage and see if that shows anything up?

Anything can make the disk go 100%.. Chrome, OBS, Battle.Net, even AV, it's someth about Windows not the apps.

Had the same issues on my older 2600k machine, chucked a new harddrive in to see if that would help, with a fresh install it worked fine after that. 

Went back to the old harddrive to see if i try something new, fresh install same issues, just keeps loading 100%, so i chucked the new drive back in and just use that on that machine now. 

 

My kids mainly use the machine so it did not bother me too much, my personal rig has no issues like this running some old (5+years) harddrives and 2 new ssd's.

OHH and i ran the bad harddrive in my personal machine and it didnt have any of these issues with a fresh install.

Can it be the overclock on the CPU ? Because CPU randomly hits 100%, DISk usage 100% when I open something or something is loading.. meh it's so annoying, thinking of just going back to W7.
