My Corsair H80i is running at really high temps, what can I do?

My watercooled i5-6600k is running at 80-85°C and the motherboard up to 90°C during BIOS and simple Web browsing, the coolder runs at 70°C. I used to have both the fans pulling air towards the rad at the front of the case. I switched it to the back of the case and changed it into a pull/push. (Also, I did two things when I moved it to the back: connected the USB 2.0 header which I forgot to do earlier and removed the back and top fans in my S340. I put one of them in a pull in the front of my case and the other one broke when I was trying to take it out. Does anyone know what to do? Could the thermometers be faulty? Or would it be the removed fan?

EDIT: I don't know if this makes a difference but I'm running on the iGPU currently as I am waiting for my back-ordered GTX 1070
