What exactly are you looking to Optimize? Generally most "optimization" software out there generally dont do much and can actually harm your PC more than help it.

I've never used a PC optimization tool that has actually sped my computer up.

Also, it's dangerous to dabble with things you don't know much about, as you could potentially irreparably impair the functionality of your OS.

 

Stick with regular maintenance things like cleaning your PC out, defragging, cleaning out temporary files, repairing corrupt system files, checking for disk errors, and keeping your PC clean.
