Bottlenecking help

I have a radeon r9 380x and an intel dual core processor with 8gb of RAM will this bottleneck much or will i need to change a few things to get the most out of the graphics card?

Depends on the game but in most cases you will get bottlenecking. Assuming the intel dual core isn't a G3258 which is overclocked.

Even in those cases it would bottleneck the absolute minimum is a model i3

Yeah unless it's crazy OC'd G3258 it will I would recommend a quad core i3 at the least, if you are on a budget look at some fx series CPUs
