Hey guys, first of all; my current specs go as:

CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 925 (OC 15%) - You can feel the bottleneck between the CPU and GPU. Really bad.

GPU: MSI NVidia GeForce GTX 960

Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 2x4 1600 MHz

I want to upgrade to something with Intel processor, my max budget is around 400 USD and I am really looking for something that can give me the "ULTIMATE POWAH" (OC is OK, I got a Hyper T4 cooler.)

Thanks.

Okay, for $400USD, you can probably get something like an i5-6600K/i7-6700K, get a good Z170 motherboard, and another set of RAM. Sell the Phenom II x4 and the RAM on eBay or Craigslist to recoup a bit of money.
