Disproportionate PC

Hey all, I currently have a self built pc and wanted to sell it to build another one that is potentially cheaper.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me from my currently built pc if there is anything disproportionate and by that I mean that is overkill or not in scale in comparison to the other parts so I can hopefully make it a lot cheaper next time.

I am only interested in playing high settings 1080p games eg. rocket league, diablo 3 etc.

 

My current pc rig:

RAM: GeIL 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2400MHz
CPU: Intel Core i5 6600K 
MOBO: ASRock Z170 Pro 4 
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO Series 250GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 
AIO cpu liquid cooler: ID-COOLING FrostFlow 240L 
Case: Fractal Design Define S
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 G1 Gaming 4GB
PSU: Be Quiet! Pure Power 9 700W CM 

 

Is there anything you recommend me switch for example would 8gb ddr3 ram be sufficient? or is 700w too much? etc

Pretty solid build...id keep it if I were you... Is 700w too much, yeah but it's not completely overkill, it also gives you enough power if you ever want to sli. 8gb of ram is pretty much the perfect amount, but 16gb isn't quite overkill either.
