crashes Can someone help me please.GPU problems

Ok so i just built a new pc and sometimes it just crashes,sometimes im gaming others im not,sometimes the GPU fan revs up sometimes it doesnt.And i have to reboot.

 

case NZXT H440W NE

 

motherboard Asus Maximus VIII Formula

 

CPU Intel Core i7 6700K 4.0GHz 

 

RAM G.Skill Ripjaws 4 Blue DDR4 PC20000MHz 32g

 

water cooler NZXT Kraken X61

 

GPU Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Founders Edition

 

power supply EVGA SuperNOVA G1 650W

 

hard drives,500G SSD,SEAGATE 8T,SEAGATE 3T,SEAGATE 1T.

Any errors codes? Is it blue screening? Or is it just turning off and going to a blank monitor with no warning or errors?

 

What are your temperatures like? When I accidently overheated my 5820k a dozen times because my cooler was hooked up wrong, It would just turn off for me, no warning or errors (thank you for temperature sensors the ability to shut itself off!).

Sounds like an unstable overclock. Is anything in your system running beyond its rated specs? (this includes memory running beyond 2133MHz)

 

If the answer to this is "yes", make everything run at its default rated specs and speeds. see if the problem persists.

 

If the answer is "no" make sure all your drivers, and bios is up to date.

no blue screen or errors just gos black. im using open hardware moniter and it says my GPU core is 24C and is running 139MHz. il post a screen shot.

just got 46'c under load and it happened again
