Well I mean when you say bang for your buck they might also down grade a cpu for an upgraded gpu, there are endless possibility's... I never said it had to be the newest hardware just the cheapest but best PC

lol no, you get the better CPU first. you can easily change a GPU but changing a CPU is a different story. never skimp on a CPU even for a low end gaming rig

Well Im talking more for gaming i mean i dont really need an I7 where an I5 could be just as good
