Call Forwarding on Windows 10?

I remember that on Windows 8 there was a bluetooth app that allowed me to pair my phone to my computer and allowed me to call through my phone. Is there any app on Windows 10 that does the same thing? Google voice doesnt work with my T-Mobile number.

If it worked on Windows 8, it works on Windows 10 (assuming the app hasn't been pulled from the store)

It was more of a pre-installed app that was not compatible with windows 10

The whole idea behind UWP apps is the fact they're universal.  They work on Windows 8, 8.1, 10, Phone 8, Phone 8.1, 10 Mobile and beyond.  So either you didn't have a app, or you cant find it anymore.

I did have it, but its no longer on my computer. When I reset my computer back to Windows 8 there it was, so by that proof I can only conclude that it is not compatible with windows 10
