It depends on what game that you are playing. It will definitely play games like counter strike and world of warcraft with good frame rates but don't expect to run games like gta 5 at good graphics settings.

Im playing at 720p.... lol on a TV im sure it can do med-high on GTA i was told it was 10 percent the performance of a GTX 750 ti...

I'm fairly sure its a good bit quicker than a 750ti. It may also be able to be flashed to a 6970

That sounds like a good deal.  I got a HD6870 for 40$.  I would be a bit concerned about the cards history because I have a feeling that card should be around the 40 to 50 dollar range minimum.  It's about on par with the 6870 I have.  I can't really say how it works with a good CPU though as I only have a Phenom x4 9750.  I can play medium settings 1080p for WoW, but if it's a raid or world boss it drops to 10-15 fps and I think a lot of that is the CPU trying to make sense of all the damage and healing.

There's something cool here - you just can't see it.

I have a A10 6800k in another computer so i can swap the CPU if needed be. But i think if i can get it for 15 bucks it would be a steal hell way better than the integrated AMD shit they put on their APUs/

AMD APU is actually reasonable for onboard at least in the A10 anyway.  It's way way better than Intel.  It's one of the rare situations where the faster your RAM is gets you noticeable improvements.  This discrete *may* beat it though.

When I got my GPU, I asked if they'd demo it working and they agreed.  Perhaps the seller of this card will for you.  I'd jump on it quick though.  If it works, that's at least 20$ profit to buy it and sell it on ebay.

Even old and inefficient, it still has 1400-1600 (has been a while since I remember) odd shader cores inside and if its the 2GB model. It's WAY better than onboard graphics.

BF4 1080p on High details (Not Ultra,NoAA) and my stock 6970 was pulling 55-70fps, with an i5 behind it.

Capable in many games but not brilliant in more modern engines.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
