So instead of opening the folder to run the program, you want to just double click on the folder to run it or something?

 

What about a shortcut :P

Hide the program and extra files in a place you won't see it and just use a shortcut to the exe. I use emulators that do this and it's kinda annoying so using a shortcut makes the experience better

Using one right now, still creates the file next to the shortcut
