24gb ram?

i have a 16gb 2400mhz kit and a 8gb 1600mhz kit should i put them both in at the same time to get 24gb or just stick with 16?

I ran 2 960s on a 750 for a while, no problems. I'm running a 980ti and a 960 right now and I only ever pull ~550 watts from the wall

Is RAM a limit for you?  Are you using 16GB of RAM?  The 1600MHz kit likely won't like running at 2400MHz, are you ok to slow down to 1600?
